“I am a firm believer in meeting a person where they are. There is power in building rapport with others and helping them move toward their goals. At times during that process it will be important to revisit things from the past that have impacted the present and can shape the future. As a counselor it is my goal to support you in the journey toward change with compassion and understanding, while being direct and realistic. I understand the unique characteristics of each person & will tailor my services to meet your needs, while remaining professional and authentic.”
